The F.I.V.E. Program

The F.I.V.E. program provides services to veterans living in the state of Indiana who are currently confined in correction facilities, and to formerly incarcerated veterans.

We take a holistic approach to providing services.

Our services address the multiple areas of the veteran’s life, as part of a unified program.  We are committed to helping each veteran who becomes part of the F.I.V.E. family with developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  We address their physical, psychological, emotional and social needs.

Our transitional housing is drug, alcohol and violence free.

Residents have access to mental health counseling, peer-to-peer mentoring, and life skills development.

Residents have access educational opportunities, job training programs and job placement.

Of the 86 veterans who have received our services, 98% have not returned to prison.
